regain use of my hand
"I broke my wrist and was in need of occupational therapy. When I went for my first appointment I was fearful because I was in a lot of pain. I quickly relaxed when I realized I would not be asked to do anything beyond my comfort level. I had the same therapist every time (which I appreciated). Shiva was amazing! Always optimistic. As time went on I was encouraged to push myself and was given "homework" so I could regain use of my hand. Still have a ways to go but I now have the tools I need to fully recover."
